2. Research Use

3. Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance, product availability and successful payment authorization. Adding a product to your basket does not reserve inventory or guarantee acceptance of an order.

Prices are displayed in the currency shown during checkout. Applicable taxes, shipping charges and other disclosed fees will be presented before the order is submitted. You are responsible for providing complete and accurate billing, shipping and contact information.

We may decline or cancel an order when necessary, including where information is incomplete, payment cannot be verified, inventory is unavailable or we reasonably believe that an order may violate these terms or applicable law. If payment has already been collected for a cancelled order, the appropriate amount will be returned using the original payment method.

We ship to eligible destinations in Canada and the United States. Available shipping methods, estimated delivery times and charges are displayed during checkout. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier operations, customs processing, weather, address errors or other events outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address. Orders shipped internationally may be subject to import requirements, duties, taxes, brokerage fees or customs delays imposed by the destination jurisdiction.

5. Returns and Refunds

Return and refund eligibility depends on the nature and condition of the product, the circumstances of the order and applicable consumer-protection requirements. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

If your order arrives damaged, defective or materially different from what was ordered, contact us promptly and include your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs of the package and product.
